This entry-level position and early-career job opening is suitable for a bilingual (English/working knowledge of Greek) recent college graduate who is personable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle and prioritize multiple tasks, and have a "can do" attitude. Background in business or management is a plus. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to run the organization efficiently and provide administrative support to the Executive Director. Roles and responsibilities can grow with ability, performance and the organization's need. The applicant must be a U.S. citizen and have excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational ability, a bachelor’s degree and strong computer skills and be proficient in Quicken (Accounting) MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Access. This position is full-time. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include two weeks vacation and health insurance.
